摘    要:本文介绍一种单螺杆泵井工况智能综合诊断系统。本系统由数据采集和数据处理与智能分析两部分组成,可以进行单螺杆泵井下工况实时监测,并及时提供有关螺杆泵的转速、扭矩、载荷、电流、电压以及井口油套压和液面等。本文还介绍了本系统的安装和应用,通过数据处理和实际数据与理论数据的比较,可以指导螺杆泵井的维护。

Design of A Integrated Diagnostic Intelligence System for Working Conditions in Wells with Single Screw Pumps
Abstract:In this paper a integrated diagnostic intelligence system of working conditions in wells with single screw pumps is presented, which consists of two parts , i. e. data acquisition and data intelligence processing and analysis. It can perform real time monitoring of downhole working conditions in wells with single screw pump and provide timely parameters such as electric current, voltage, rotating speed , torque and load of screw pump as well as case pressure and tube pressure in the well head and liquid level in the wellbore. This paper introduces the installation and application of this system. Through data processing and the comparison of the real data and theoretical values, the maintenance of a screw pump well can be guided.
