摘    要:本文进行了高温碱性脱硫菌包括好氧菌和厌氧菌的筛选,并对两种菌进行了鉴定。以细菌对硫代硫酸根的脱除作为主要研究对象,进行了脱硫试验。实验结果表明:好氧菌为硫杆菌属,厌氧菌为脱硫肠杆菌属。在脱硫残液中先加入厌氧菌,至脱硫率不再下降再接入好氧菌,脱硫率可达到28%。

Abstract:In this paper,thermophilic basic desulphuricants including the aerobic strain and anaerobic strain were screened from the soil.Desulphurization experiment was carried out,and the main object was to remove S2O32-by bacteria.Further more,the two strains were identified.The results showed that aerobic strain was classified as Thiobacillus and anaerobic strain as Desulfotomaculum.The residue solution was firstly inoculated with anaerobic strain,and then with Thiobacillus when desulphurization rate was no significant changing.In the end,the desulphurization rate was up to 28%.
