摘    要:因受实际条件限制,将经过改造的液氮汽化系统的汽化氮气用作空分设备安装时的试压、查漏气源和启动时的仪表气源。进行了改造可行性分析,介绍了具体的改造方案和效果,达到节约设备投资、缩短空分设备启动时间的目的。

Abstract:Due to the restriction from practical conditions,nitrogen gas from a modified liquid nitrogen vaporization system was used as gas source for pressure test and leakage detection during air separation unit installation,and also for instrumental gas during startup.Feasibility analysis of the modification was carried out,followed by an introduction of its concrete scheme and effect.The purposes of saving equipment investment and shortening startup time have been realized after the modification.
