新型40臂井径仪测井资料处理方法研究

摘    要:井径测井主要用于确定套管内径变化、射孔孔深及接箍深度等。新型的多臂井径仪除记录最小、最大井径外,还记录了多个方位方向上的套管内径值,因而可以更准确地获得套管形变、剩余壁厚、弯曲、断裂、腐蚀等信息。以新型40臂井径仪为例,提出了多臂井径测井资料的定性分析与直观图形处理方法。与常规的井径仪相比,新型的多臂井径仪测量得到的信息更全面,资料的成像处理效果更直观。

Abstract:Caliper logging is mainly used to determine the change of inside diameters of casings , perforating depth and the depth of collars. A new type of multi-arm caliper tool can not only log the maximal inner diameter and the minimal inner diameter of a casing, but also log the minimal inner diameter of casing in different directions, determine more exactly the change of wall thickness, bend, rupture, and cauterization of casing. Based on an 40 arm caliper tool, a qualitative analysis and direct picture processing methods of the multi-arm caliper tool are presented. Compared with other conventional caliper meters, data recorded by the new multi-arm caliper tool are more comprehensive and the imaging effects are also more visible.
