摘    要:以溶剂萃取法提取的废弃改性双基固体推进剂中黑索今(RDX)为研究对象,采用乙腈溶解水析出法去除提取物中的杂质硝化棉(NC),通过紫外光谱法测定了回收RDX的纯度,并与目前通常采用的液相色谱法进行了对比。实验结果表明,RDX的乙醇溶液在223 nm处有最大吸光度;RDX的质量浓度在0.0333 mg/L~0.0777 mg/L与其吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999;所回收的RDX纯度达99.0%以上;紫外光谱法定量分析RDX具有快捷、准确、设备便宜的优点。

Abstract:This paper investigated hexogen(RDX) recycled from obsolete modified double-base solid propellant using solvent extraction method.In the experiment RDX was separated with nitrocellulose by acetonitrile dissolved water in extraction.The purity analysis method of RDX using UV spectrum was introduced and compared with HPLC analysis method which is generally used now.The results show that RDX-ethanol solution has the maximum absorbance at 223 nm and its concentration shows good linear relationship with absorbance in 0.033 3 mg/L~0.077 7 mg/L,related coefficient r=0.999 9.The percentage purity of recycled RDX is more than 99.0%.The advantage of UV spectrum quantitative analysis method of RDX is rapid,accurate and low cost.
