| Abstract: | Scientific development theory, as the outstanding achievements in the course of the construction of socialist modernization in China, is an important part of Chinese advanced culture, and it inherits the people- oriented principle as well as the thought of ＂ harmony between man and nature＂,＂ being vigorous and promising＂ ,＂ being neutral＂ which are also the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. |
