| 摘 要： | 中国建筑第八工程局有限公司为一家大型建筑施工企业,为了提升企业的管理水平,引进ERP系统.在ERP系统组建过程中发现,施工企业属于项目型管理企业,在引入ERP时需要做好论证、业务规范等准备工作.分析各种有利与不利因素,围绕项目资源管理,结合企业实际定位自己的ERP系统.企业实施ERP后,需要重新界定管理组织和管理流程等.通过规范的管理方式,最终达到降低成本,获取利润的目的.
