ZLW型称重式油井计量装置的研制

针对传统的计量方式不能满足塔里木油田生产过程中各井的液量、气量变化大和难以在较宽的计量范围内实现精确计量要求的现状,研制了ZLW型称重式油井计量装置。介绍了ZLW型称重式油井计量装置的结构、原理、系统的组成和标定方法以及主要的计算公式。研制过程中采用了称重计量技术、高效旋流分离技术、计算机的防死机“看门狗”保护技术、多次沉降分离作用提高纯油计量精度技术和计量分离器的排液技术等几项关键技术,并对比分析了常规典型的油井计量装置和称重式油井计量装置的性能与特点。现场试验表明,该装置不仅可以实现在较宽的量程内有较高的计量精度,提高现场计量参数的准确性、可靠性和设备运行的安全性,而且消除了压力、温度、密度、粘度、含砂、含蜡和含气等因素对油井计量的影响,实现了在线监测与连续计量,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Development of ZLW weighing oil-well metering device

In consideration of the shortcomings of traditional metering ways, ZLW weighing oil-well metering device is developed. The structure, operation principle, its composition and calibration method and main equations of the metering device are introduced. The key technologies, such as weighing metering, high efficient spiral flow and separation, computer controlled "watch dog", improving the pure oil meter accuracy by multiple precipitation metering separator are used in the process of its development, the performance and characteristics of conventional typical oil-well metering device is contrasted with that of the weighing metering device. Field application indicates that the device can be used to obtain higher metering accuracy in wider range, raise the accuracy and reliability of field metering parameters and enhance the safety of its operation, also can be deployed to eliminate the influence of pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, sand content, wax content and gas content on well metering. Monitoring on line and successive metering are obtained with it. It has wide prospects of application.
