摘    要:为了摸索出可靠的8t大型熔铜中频无芯感应炉炉衬烧结工艺,以便提高以后开炉成功率,对新型8t大型熔铜中频无芯感应炉采用的不同的炉衬烧结工艺结果进行了对比、分析、总结,经过分析对比认为,在烧结过程中,坩埚模结构、加料方式、感应炉运行功率等为决定开炉成败的关键。

Abstract:In order to get the reliable lining sintering technology of 8t large - scale copper melting coreless medium frequency induction furnace and improve the success rate of furnace start - up in the future, the new type 8t large - scale copper melting coreless medium frequency induction furnace with the different lining sintering technologies are compared, analyzed and summarized, and it has been found that the critical factors for successful furnace start - up are crucible mold structure, feeding mode, working power of induction furnace and so
