| 摘 要： | 根据山西省黄河流域水利工程统计资料，分析了工业和农业用水承受能力，得出工业和农业用水承受水价。依据承受水价，制定了水价格行动的原则、水价格改革的目标和水价格行动的对策，以促进水资源可持续利用与社会经济可持续发展。

| Abstract: | According to the statistic data of hydraulic projects in Yellow River Catchment of Shanxi Province,the bearing capacity of water use of agriculture and industry is analyzed ,and the bearing water price of agriculture and industry is obtained. Based on the bearing water price, the principle of water price action,the goal of water price reform and the action countermeasure are set for promoting the sustainable use of water resources and the sustainable developent of social economy. |
