摘    要:目前,电力市场环境下的潮流控制辅助服务评估方法主要侧重于经济学规律的应用,而对电气特性重视不够。以移相器为例,借鉴电气剖分的思想,将受到移相器调控影响的各种网络源流间的路径进行电气剖分,并构造出3类剖分方法,由这些方法可以准确掌握网络源流沿移相器剖分子路径传输的电气量的性质和数量,且剖分子路径与原移相器支路具有电气上的等效性,并严格满足电力网络的基本电气规律。算例表明,移相器支路的电气剖分方法简单正确,既可为进一步定量评估移相器的辅助服务水平提供准确的电气信息,又可为研究包含其他潮流控制设备的电气剖分方法提供参考。

Abstract:Under the electricity market environment,ancillary service assessment method of power flow control emphasizes onthe applications of economics laws instead of electrical characters.Referring to the idea of ordinary AC branch dissection,thispaper constructs three kinds of electrical dissecting methods about AC phase-shifter's branches.By these methods,electricalcharacters and quantities of different sources and flows along different dissected phase-shifter's sub-branches can be grasped.Dissected phase-shifter's sub-branches of one phase-shifter's branch are electrically equivalent to the original one and strictlysatisfy various principles and laws of electric power network.Examples show that the methods are correct and simple,whichcan not only provide accurate electrical information to assess ancillary services of phase-shifters,but also provide usefulreference to AC branch dissection with other power flow controllers.
