摘 要: | 获得了盐酸大观霉素生产菌摇瓶发酵培养的最佳工艺条件:温度32±1℃、接种量8%、装液量30~35mL/250mL三角瓶、转速200~225r/min。采用优化后的培养基配方,经-26℃冷冻后的菌丝作为种子能够获得较高的发酵单位。

Abstract: | The optimum conditions of producing bacteria fermentation of hydrochloride Spectinomycin is obtained: temperature is 32±1℃, inoculum is 8%,and liquid volume is 30-35mL/250mL, the rotation rate is 200-225r/min. The results show that, using the optimized medium formula, the higher the fermentation unit is achieved when the seed of mycelium is frozen at -26℃. |
