摘    要:描述了采用吸附-催化燃烧法处理喷漆过程中产生的有机气体(苯)的处理工艺过程及装置。,开展了如下设计:利用吸附一催化燃烧法处理喷漆废气,进气流量为45000m^3/h,主要污染物为苯,浓度为150mg/m^3。工艺流程如下:有机气体首先通过预过滤器去除漆雾,然后利用三组蜂窝状活性炭吸附床对其依次进行24h连续的吸附,同时对吸附饱和的另一组活性炭床进行8h的脱附。通过80~100℃热风的吹脱作用,将大风量、低浓度(Q=15000m^3/h,C=150mg/m^3)的有机废气浓缩成小风量、高浓度的有机废气(Q=2500m^3/h,C=900~1500mg/m^3),并经过催化燃烧室将有机气体转变成无害的CO2和H2O,并保持稳定的自燃烧状态。与传统工艺相比,整个系统采用PLC程序控制,该方法具有净化效率高、无二次污染、运行成本低的优点。

Abstract:In this paper,adsorption-catalytic combustion technology process and equipment which was used to treat organic gas(benzene)from spray-paint were discussed.An equipment of absorption-catalytic combustion to treat organic gas of spray-painting was desigened.Q was 45000 m3/h.The main pollution was benzene,and the concentration was 150 mg/m3.The technological process was as follows: waste gas was firstly pretreated with painting removal and filtration equipment,then continuously ran through honeycomb-shaped act...
