用于钢水连续测温的特种热电偶实验研究

摘    要:采用2种不同材质金属陶瓷棒作为测温热电偶的两极,置于钢液中进行连续测温,实验证明是可行的,组成新型热电偶的金属陶瓷棒耐钢渣浸蚀性好、输出热电动势值 较大,在金属熔化温度范围内其热电动势与温度的线性关系明显。

Abstract:It was proved feasible experimentally that two different material metal ceramic rods as thermal couple electrodes were immersed directly into hot metal to measure temperature continuously.Thermal couple electrodes made up of two different material metal ceramic had merits of high resistance to corrosion by hot metal and slag and higher export Emf and ideal linear relationship between measuring temperature and thermal Emf at the rang of melting temperature.
