| 摘 要： | 指出目前我国房地产市场信用缺失现象十分普遍,失信行为产生的一个重要原因是我国还没有建立房地产市场信用机制,在这样的背景下,通过对房地产市场信用机制的分析,总结出房地产信用机制的结构组成,以期建立完善的房地产市场信用机制,稳定市场秩序。

| Abstract: | Credit deficiency prevails in the national real estate market.One of the important reasons of these fraudulent activities is the shortage of credit mechanism in real estate market.In this background,by analysis the credit mechanism in the real estate market and summarizes the composition of credit mechanism in the national real estate market,to establish a sound real estate market credit mechanism,and to stable market order. |
