核燃料组件导向翼损伤回堆复用的分析

摘    要:2011年1月,中核核电运行管理有限公司二厂(简称二厂)换料大修,外观检查发现燃料组件A导向翼脱落。经国家核安全局(NNSA)审评批准后,将燃料组件A装入堆芯规定位置。2012年3月再次换料大修,将燃料组件A御出堆芯。经检查确认燃料组件A完整,无异常变化。此次实践为此类型的导向翼损伤,燃料组件回堆复用提供参考,为同类型燃料组件导向翼损伤后回堆复用的标准制定提供案例支持。

Abstract:In January 2011, during the second plant of CNNC Nuclear Power Operations Managc~nent Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the second plant) refueling outage, the visual insI_~on found the guide vanes of fuel assembly A had felling off. After the National Nuclear Safety Admklistration (NNSA) estimated and approved, the fuel assembly A was reloaded in the specified location of reactor core. Durh~g the refueling outage in March 2012, the fuel assembly A was removed again from the reactor core. Visual inspection confined that the fuel assembly A was complete and without abnormal changes. The practice provides reference for re irradiated of fuel assembly with the same type of damaged guide vanes, and provides case support for standard development for the same type of re-irradiated fuel assembly with damaged guide vanes.
