交流特高压晋东南变电站1100 kV GIS设备的现场安装管理

晋东南变电站采用1 100 kV 气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear，GIS)，这在世界上投入商业运行的输变电工程中属首次。该设备被拆分成108个单元，运输到现场再进行无尘对接，因此确保设备现场顺利安装十分重要。文章介绍了GIS设备现场安装管理涉及的主要事项，如安装分工、现场环境要求、安装技术准备、施工组织、仪器机具要求、试验等；提出了保洁施工方法，对安装区域采取封闭管理、对接工作面安装防尘房，元件对接采用三维精确定位。通过这些有效的控制管理措施使得安装工作顺利进行，保证了安装质量，为交流特高压工程的成功投运提供了保障。

Worksite Installation Management of 1100kV GIS for UHVAC Southeast-Shanxi Substation

It is the first time in the world to commercially adopt 1100kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) in Southeast-Shanxi substation of 1000kV power transmission pilot project. The GIS is disassembled into 108 units, then transported to worksite and then assembled in dust-free condition, thus it is very important to ensure on-site successful installation of the GIS. In this paper the main items related to on-site installation and management of the GIS such as labor division of installation, requirements to on-site environment, technical preparation for installation, organization of construction, demands to instruments and machine tools, test and so on; Several construction manners are put forward, e.g., keeping the worksite clean, closing the installation region, on-site assembling of disassembled units in dust-proof room, the applying three-dimensional precise pinpointing to the docking of elements, etc. These effective control and management manners make the installation successful and ensure the quality of installation, thus the ensurance is offered for successful putting into operation of 1000kV power transmission pilot project.
