| 摘 要： | 针对某型汽车方向盘存在怠速抖动的问题,对其方向盘模态进行分析,并与模态分析数据库中对标样车的结构参数做了对比,找出了问题所在并制订了改进方案,经CAE分析各方案频率改变的趋势和试验验证,最终获得了能明显改善该车方向盘怠速抖动的改进方案。

| Abstract: | There is the steering wheel of a car idling for jitter problems,modal analysis of its steering wheel,and modal analysis with a database of the structural parameters of standard samples to compare cars,find out the main problem and develop improvement programs.The CAE analysis of the program the frequency change in the trend and test verification,finally got the car of the steering wheel can significantly improve the idle wobbling program. |
