摘    要:论述了三氯乙烯路线气相催化氟化合成1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷的催化剂、载体的制备方法以及氟化氢与三氟乙烯、HCFC-133a反应的特点,认为控制生成HCFC-133a的反应热、提高HFC-134a的选择性是反应研究的关键。建议开发具有高活性、高选择性的氟化物载体负载的低铬或无铬催化剂。

Abstract:Research on preparation of catalysts and carriers.characteristic of HF reaction with trichloroethylene and HCFC-133a for synthesis of HCF-134a from the route of trichloroethylene by gasous phase catalytic fluorination were reviewed.We propose that controlling the reaction heat of producing HCFC-133a and improving the selectivity to HFC-134a is a key to investigation of the reaction.It is suggested that fluoride compounds supported metal catalysts containing less Cr~(3+) or other metals with higher activity and selectivity should be developed.
