铝(Ⅲ)-桑色素─含氧有机溶剂熄灭荧光光度法测定微量氟的研究

摘    要:在含氧有机溶剂乙醇存在下,Al(Ⅲ)-桑色素配合物的荧光强度成倍增加,氟离子能与铝离子形成更稳定的配合物,据此,首次提出了测定微量氟的高灵敏熄灭荧光光度法,对氟离子的线性范围为0~10μg/10ml,检测限为0.10μgF/10ml,用所建立的方法测定了市场上销售的药物牙膏中微量氟的含量,结果令人满意。

Abstract:It is found that in the presence of aqueous organic solvent of ethanol, the sensitivity and selectivity of fluorescent reaction of aluminum-morin were greatly increased. The method is based on quenching the fluorescence of the complex compound of aluminum(Ⅲ)-morin-ethanol by fluoride. The determination limit is 0. 10μg F-/10ml, the relative standard den ation is 1. 7% and the linear range of fluoride is 0 ̄ 10μg/10ml. The interference of foreign ions has been studied.Also the method has been applied to determine trace fluoride in some toothpastes, and satisfactory results are obtained.
