一类微扑翼驱动机构的双重建模与仿真

摘    要:微扑翼飞行器是一个多学科交叉的研究领域,驱动机构的设计与制作是其中的关键环节。针对单曲柄双摇杆类型的驱动机构,首先建立了其相关参数的数学模型,然后用Visual C++等软件开发了驱动机构设计计算模块。最后在ADAMS环境下建立了此类型驱动机构的仿真模型,并进行了运动学仿真,所得参数曲线与相应的数学模型曲线完全一致,验证了参数数学建模的正确性。本文工作为同类型驱动机构的设计与优化提供了理论基础,对其他类型的驱动机构也有很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Flapping micro air vehicles is a research area of interdiscipline. The design and fabrication of driving mechanism are the keys of FMAV design. In terms of single-crank and double-rocker driving mechanism of FMAV, its mathematical models are established at first, then calculation module of this driving mechanism is developed using software such as Visual C . Finally, simulation model of the driving mechanism is developed in ADAMS and its kinematics simulation is carried on. The simulation curves are consistent with the curves of corresponding mathematical models. The results of research are helpful to the design and optimization of the same type and other driving mechanisms
