| 摘 要： | 本文旨在开发一种基于单片机的新型智能网络电表数据集中器，实现HFC智能网络电表系统项目的技术要求。本文提出了硬件设计方案并给出了单片机和网络处理器的选型。在软件系统中采用Keil C51的集成开发工具设计了数据集中器软件。该软件主要由三大功能模块构成，分别为数据集中器模块，串行数据通讯模块，网络通讯模块。根据项目的总体要求，遵循上位机与电表数据集中器的协议规范，以及数据集中器和下位机电表的协议规范进行设计。通过调试表明了该数据集中器可靠的运行。
