摘    要:以四氯化锆-萘为催化剂,四氢呋喃为分散剂,金属钠与氢气反应可以定量地转化成氢化钠。考察了不同时间内催化剂四氯化锆、萘量以及温度对钠催化氢化转化率的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:在常压下,物料配比是钠:萘:四氯化锆等于100:5:2(摩尔比);反应温度40℃;反应时间6~9h。对于产品氢化钠进行了比表面积测定,表明氢化钠具有很高的催化活性,其数值为110.3/g,转化率在80%以上。

Abstract:The catalysts are zirconium tetrachloride-Naphthalene, sodium dispersed to tetrahydrofunan reacts with hydrogen and so sodium hydride is obtained quantitatively under catalytic conditions. The effects on the ratio of sodium conversion caused by the quantity of catalysts zirconium tetrachloride, naphthalene and the temperatures at different times are researched, and the optimum reaction conditions are as follows, under atmospheric pressure, sodium: naphthalene:zirconium tetrachloride is 100:5:2(mole ratio);the temperature, 40℃ and the reaction time, 6~9 hrs. A determination of the specific surface area of the product shows its highly activity, the value of which is 110.3 m 2/g.The conversion ratio of sodium is over 80 %.
