稀土固体超强酸催化合成乙酸苄酯的研究

摘    要:采用稀土元素La^3 对固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2的改性,制备出稀土固体超强酸催化剂SO4^2-/TiO2/La^3 催化荆,应用于合成乙酸苄酯的反应中,其最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.8(乙酸的用量为0.2mol),催化剂用量为1.2g,反应时间为2.0h,乙酸苄酯的酯化率达98.8%。

Abstract:The catalytic agent, rare earth solid superacids SO 2- 4/TiO 2/La 3+ , is produced by chemically modifying solid superacids with lanthanum, which is used in the synthesis of Benzyl Acetate. The optimized reaction conditions are: while molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.8 (when acetic acid is 0.2?mol ), the amount of rare earth solid superacids is 1.2?g , and the reacting time is 2?h .The esterification rate is about 98 8%.
