| 摘 要： | 项目的融资结构不仅决定了项目的资金构成,还直接影响到项目的治理结构;而项目的治理结构也影响着项目的融资结构.本文从项目融资结构确定的过程以及影响因素,研究项目融资结构对项目治理结构的影响,提出了优化项目治理结构的一些建议.
