| 摘 要： | 随着我国老年人口数量的不断上升,中国老人的养老问题收到了地产界的关注,纷纷投入其中,养老地产应运而生.本文以借鉴国外的养老地产运营模式为切入口,提出中国养老需结合本国国情采取混合式运营模式.

| Abstract: | With the number of Chinese elder population is rising, the estate circles have paid attention to the pension problem of Chinese old man, and put the emerge as the times require, endowment real estate. In this article, in order to draw lessons from the foreign pension real estate business model to the beginning, put forward Chinese pension should combine with the own national condition to take the hybrid operation mode. |
