| Abstract: | In terms of the current teaching ability of the young teachers,the significance of strengthening their engineering skills was elaborated,the reasons for their poor engineering skills were analyzed and some new modes of training the young teachers’engineering skills proposed.Finally,a few measures for reinforcing their engineering skills were put forward and taken. |
