上部结构分步施工对高层建筑上下部共同作用计算的影响研究

摘    要:目前,在高层建筑结构上下部共同作用分析中,很少考虑上部结构分步施工的影响.对土质地基上框架结构的研究表明,上下部共同作用效应明显的体系,上部结构的分步形成对共同作用分析有较显著的影响.相对于不考虑上部结构分步施工的情况,考虑上部结构分步形成时,上部结构对基础变形的约束作用略有减小,基础差异沉降增大,基础内力增加;底层柱轴力出现与基础差异沉降相反的加卸荷现象;尤其上部框架梁的弯矩有较大不同,越到上部楼层,参与上下部结构共同变形的程度越低,共同作用对其内力的影响越小.
