摘    要:高温输送斜槽是利用空气使物料在流态化状态沿着斜槽向下流动的输送设备。文中对其结构进行设计,主要包括:槽体结构和斜度、燃料燃烧装置、窥视孔、入料装置以及入料溜板。该结构的优点是效率高、成本低,并且操作简单,易于调节物料的流量以及温度。

Abstract:The high-temperature transferring chute is a delivery equipment to transport the material by air in the state of fluidization flow along the chute. This text carries on the design for its structure, which includes mainly the structure and ascent of the chute, the device of fuel combustion, the peeping aperture, the device of feeding as well as the apron of feeding. It can raise the efficiency and reduces the cost, which operates simply and can be easy to adjust the flow and temperature of material.
