| 摘 要： | 电力在各项能源消耗领域中所占比重较大,电网企业输电、配电、供电、用电等领域开展节能降耗活动,将对顺利实现"十一五"节能降耗指标产生重要作用。从优化调度、可再生能源发电、降低综合线损、用电侧管理、建筑节能等方面提出了节能降耗技术措施。
