电力科技项目查新服务平台建设与应用

国电信息中心根据电力科技项目查新服务的现状,从技术先进性和实用性出发,建立了集用户服务、集成检索、资源建设于一体的服务平台。着重介绍了查新服务平台的开发背景、技术性能、应用功能等特点。该平台将服务内容划分为查新须知、网上委托、集成检索、查新流程、查新报告、查新法规、文献服务、电力成果、查新机构等9个栏目。与传统的服务模式和检索手段相比较,克服了地域和时间的障碍,具有更加快捷、便利的优势。通过近2a来的实际应用,查新服务效率明显得到了提高。该平台自运行以来,提升了国电信息中心的查新服务整体水平,受到委托人、查新专家、科研管理部门的好评。

Establishment and application of information retrieval service platform for electric power science and technology project

According to the present situation of information retrieval service for electric power science and technology project,the service platform of information retrieval was established considering advanced technology and practicality,which is an integration of client service,integrative retrieval,and resources integration.The characteristics of the service platform of information retrieval were introduced emphatically such as the development background,technical performances and application functions.The service contents of this platform include 9 items,such as the notice for information retrieval,information retrieval trust on Internet,integrative retrieval,information retrieval process,information retrieval report and regulations,document service,electric power accomplishments,and information retrieval organization.Compared with traditional retrieval means,this service mode and retrieval means have more shortcut and convenient advantages to overcome the limitation of the distance and time.The efficiency of information retrieval service was improved obviously through the actual application in last two years.The service platform promotes the whole level of information retrieval service of China Electric Power Information Center,and the favorable comment for this service platform is presented by trustee,expert and research management department.
