水电机组状态检修现状分析

摘    要:状态检修能最大限度地延长检修间隔,降低水电机组的运行成本,保证安全生产。在分析我国水电机组现有检修制度不足的基础上,系统介绍我国开展状态检修工作的发展状况及存在的问题,特别对于不同的故障诊断方法在水电机组上的应用进行详细描述。指出对水电机组开展状态检修是水电机组检修的发展方向。

Abstract:The condition-based maintenance can mostly prolong the maintenance intervals and reduce operation costs.It can ensures safety operation of hydroelectric generating sets.Based on an analysis of the drawbacks of current maintenance modes at hydroelectric generating sets in China,the present situations about developing condition-based maintenance and repair of operating hydroelectric generating sets and related problems in China were systematically introduced,with the special focus on the applications of different fault diagnosis methods in hydroelectric generating sets.It was pointed out that condition-based maintenance should be the development direction of maintenances of hydroelectric generating sets.
