| 摘 要： | 对新建熔炼混合炉采用系列控制技术措施，如采用整体浇筑施工方法，改进混合炉加热方式，使用不定型耐火材料，优化施工工艺等，在混合炉节能降耗和延长炉子使用寿命方面取得明显效果。

| Abstract: | A series of new technique are used in new melting aluminum blend furnace, such as pracetice of material in whole moulding, the amelioration of calefaction, the practice of unformed fire material and optimize technics of construction. It obtains obvious effect in saving energy and prolonging life-span. |
