摘    要:由于涟钢210 t炼钢转炉氧气输送系统的氧气输送调压阀和快速开启/切断阀动作存在时差,导致炼钢厂氧气输送调压阀后管道存在超压的安全隐患。简介炼钢厂氧气输送系统流程,分析导致超压的具体原因,阐述整改方案、实施效果以及运行中的注意事项。

Abstract:The time difference of action between the oxygen conveyance pressure regulation valve and the fast opening/closing valve of the oxygen conveyance system of our 210 t steelmaking converter results in over-pressure risk of pipeline after the oxygen conveyance pressure regulation valve.Here,the technical process of our oxygen conveyance system is briefed,the causes for over-pressure are analyzed,and the corrective scheme,its implementation effect and notes during operation are described.
