提高单塔返流制氮设备氮气提取率的探讨

摘    要:结合单塔返流制氮设备的3种流程,分析精馏塔压力、理论塔板数和富氧液空的过冷度对氮气提取率的影响;指出通过合理地设置液空过冷器和充分利用旁通富氧气,来提高单塔返流制氮设备的氮气提取率。

Abstract:Here,in combination with three processes of single-tower return flow nitrogen generating equipment the impact of rectification tower pressure,theoretical plate number,and supercooling degree of oxygen-rich liquefied air on nitrogen extraction ratio is analyzed,and the method to improve nitrogen extraction ratio of single-tower return flow nitrogen generating equipment through rational fixing of liquefied air supercooler and full utilization of by-passed oxygen-rich air.
