摘    要:4500 m3/h空分设备原采用板式切换净化流程,因不能满足日益增长的氮气需求量,决定将其改造成分子筛吸附净化流程。详细介绍空分设备各系统的改造方案和改造后运行情况,分析流程改造取得的经济效益。

Abstract:Since the previous plate type switching over purification process of 4500 m3/h air separation plant fails to meet the increasing growth on nitrogen demand,it is reformed to the molecular absorption purification process.The reform scheme of each system of the air separation plant and the operation conditions after the reform are in details described and the obtained economic benefits are analyzed.
