高膨胀比、大焓降气体轴承透平膨胀机的设计

摘    要:介绍高膨胀比、大焓降、中小气量气体轴承透平膨胀机的两种流程设计方案:单级膨胀和两级膨胀,分析两种流程方案的优缺点,通过实例比较得出两级膨胀流程在膨胀机运行稳定性方面具有优势。

Abstract:Two design schemes of technical process of gas bearing turbine expander of high expansion ratio,big enthalpy drop and small-medium air flow rate(single-stage expansion and two-stage expansion) are briefed,and the advantages and disadvantages of two schemes of technical process are analyzed.The comparison of examples shows that the technical process of the two-stage expansion is superior in stable run of expander.
