濮阳同力粉磨站粉煤灰计量系统技改案例浅析

濮阳同力水泥有限公司100万t/a粉磨站项目粉煤灰计量系统原由单管螺旋给料机和环状天平秤组成,因给料过程不稳定,计量系统对工艺适应能力差等原因,造成使用时存在给料波动大、掺量控制失效等问题。2010年6月,该公司对此系统进行了采用科氏力秤作为计量装置的技术改造,原系统拆除、新系统安装共用2d,设备调试过程仅用2h即投入正常使用。运行证明,改造后系统控制准确度高,且无冲料、跑料现象;同时满足生产两种水泥的配比要求,且即使在低量程下工作,计量与控制效果仍能达到预定指标。
