| 摘 要： | 为实现空分设备膨胀机故障检修期间保证产品氧、氮、氩的连续外供,提出采取向精馏塔内返送液氧以维持空分设备运行的操作方案。简介KDON-35000/40000型空分设备流程及设备配置,叙述方案成功实施需具备的两个条件,以及停运膨胀机返送液氧后各系统的调整操作,总结操作方案中存在的不安全因素和改进措施。
