水泥厂的大风机节能比较

摘    要:在水泥厂中,最易且最具节能空间的是大型风机。介绍了离心式风机常用的挡板(阀门)调速、液力偶合器调速、高压内反馈斩波调速和变频调速几种调速方式的调速原理和技术特点,并对风机的几种调速方法的节能效果进行了比较。根据理论分析和实际技术发展及应用效果对比,水泥厂风机的调速节能方法当首推变频调速。
