| 摘 要： | 空分设备分子筛纯化系统中的切换阀门出现故障会造成整套空分设备停运,实际操作中,保持分子筛纯化系统切换阀门的可靠、稳定运行很重要。简介40000 m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统切换阀门的技术参数,分析运行过程中阀门无法动作和动作卡阻故障的原因。阐述切换阀门故障时的应急处理措施、国产化替代阀门的工艺参数和进口阀门的修复过程。
