| 摘 要： | 在6500m3/h空分设备正常运行过程中,DCS系统服务器失电使电脑黑屏后程序出错,空压机放空卸压时空压机出口至空冷塔排气阀没有联锁关闭止逆阀,使空压机卸压放空时产生虹吸现象,造成空压机进水。简介故障发生过程,阐述故障原因的分析和采取的处理措施。

| Abstract: | During normal run of 6500 m3/h air separation plant,power failure of the server of DCS system results in error in program after computer black screen.During venting and pressure release of air compressor,the exhaust valve from air compressor outlet to air cooling tower fails to interlock closing the check valve,which results in siphon and in turn water entrance to the air compressor.Here,the course is briefed,the causes are analyzed,and the corrective measures are described. |
