碳酸钙渣理化性质与流动性分析

摘    要:采用SEM、XRD等测试手段对碳酸钙渣理化性质进行了分析和表征,并对其流动特性进行了检测。结果表明,碳酸钙渣是由粒径小于120μm的颗粒组成,平均粒径为16.43μm。其主要化学成分是CaO和SiO2,主要晶相为石灰石和石英。流动性试验表明碳酸钙渣流动性不大好,喷流性较强。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties of calcium carbonate residue(CCR) were analyzed and characterized by SEM and XRD,and its fluidity was tested.The results indicated that the particle size of CCR were less than 120μm,and its average particle size was 16.43μm.The main chemical components of CCR were CaO and SiO2,and their main crystal phases were limestone and quartz.The CCR had a poor fluidity and strong floodability.
