摘    要:本文主要针对某型航空发动机折叠式传动轴进行疲劳可靠性计算。首先按常规方法将高频振动的应力与低频部分应力(载荷谱为单调增加及单调下降的梯形波)相叠加,然后应用H-L方法计算可靠度,本文突出利用弹性变形的特点,推导计算中所需的偏导数的解析表达式,节省了随机有限元计算的时间,达到同样的效果,本法计算简单,比常规Monte-carlo法要节省机时一半以上。

Abstract:Reliability analysis of fatigue life for folding shaft of an aeroengine is studied in this paper. igh-frequency stress and low-frequency stress are added by the rule of equivalence.Then preceedingreliability is calculated with H-L method.The simple expression of(X1-random variable)is ob-tained by liner relation within esastic rang,without carring out Stochastic finite element method to find needed in the H-L method for calculating reliabilty. Thus provides great convenience to the user. Comparing present method with Monte-earlo method ,computing time is saved numeriously.
