| 摘 要： | 用正交试验法对NR/SBR制备吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水膨胀性和物理机械性能进行研究。结果表明 :吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水膨胀率随吸水树脂用量增加而增大 ,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率随吸水树脂用量增加而降低 ;硫化剂用量越多橡胶吸水膨胀率越小 ;橡胶吸水膨胀率随白炭黑用量增加而略有上升。

| Abstract: | Study on the property of water swelling rubber with the method of orthogonal testing. The results show that the volume expansibility of water swelling rubber increases with the increase of amounts of water-absorbing resin,but its physical properties decreases. The more the amount of sulphur,the lower the volume expansibility. The volume expansibility upgrades slightly with the increase of reinforcing agent content. |
