ZM6镁合金的摩擦性能研究

摘    要:以ZM6镁合金为试验材料,利用正交试验方法和方差分析方法研究了粗糙度、转速和载荷对摩擦系数影响的权重顺序以及其对摩擦性能的影响.结果表明:各因素对摩擦系数影响的权重顺序依次为粗糙度、转速、载荷; 转速为30 r/min时,摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而增大,随着粗糙度的增大先减小后增大; 转速为45 r/min时,摩擦系数随着载荷和粗糙度的增大均先减小后增大; 转速为60 r/min时,摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而减小,随着粗糙度的增大先增大后减小; 载荷为35 N时,摩擦系数随着转速的增大先增大后减小; 载荷为50 N时,摩擦系数随着转速的增大而增大; 载荷为65 N时,摩擦系数随着转速的增大逐渐减小.

Abstract:Taking ZM6 magnesium alloy as the test material, the weight sequence of roughness, rotation speed and load on friction coefficient and its influence on friction performance were studied by orthogonal test method and variance analysis. The results show that the weight order of each factor on friction coefficient is roughness, rotation speed and load. When the rotating speed is 30 r/min, the friction coefficient increases with the increase of load, and decreases first and then increases with the increase of roughness. When the rotating speed is 45 r/min, the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of load and roughness. When the rotating speed is 60 r/min, the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of roughness. When the load is 35 N, the friction coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of rotating speed. When the load is 50 N, the friction coefficient increases with the increase of the rotating speed. When the load is 65 N, the friction coefficient gradually decreases with the increase of the rotating speed.
