摘    要:利用MMS-300热模拟试验机模拟研究了管线钢两阶段轧制的控轧控冷工艺。通过控制不同的终轧温度和终冷温度,并在17℃/s冷却速度下控制冷却,研究其对管线钢显微组织和显微硬度的影响。研究结果表明,在终轧温度810℃、终冷温度540℃时可获得以针状铁素体、多边形铁素体以及M/A岛为主的混合组织。

Abstract:TMCP(thermo mechanical control process)for pipeline steel, which is based on the schedule with two stages, has been carried out on a MMS-300 simulating machine. The effects of technological parameters, such as finishing rolling temperature and finishing cooling temperature, on the microstructure and hardness of X80 pipeline steel were analyzed in the conditions of controlling the parameters and keeping the cooling rate of 17℃/s. The results showed that when the finishing rolling temperature was 810 ℃ and the finishing cooling temperature was 540 ℃, the microstructure was composed of acicular ferrite(AF), polygonal ferrite(PF) and M/A islands.
