摘    要:着重对比了胶体组成中具有造孔作用的小分子添加剂乙二醇和高分子添加剂聚乙二醇对染料敏化太阳电池中TiO2光阳极薄膜性能的影响。SEM照片显示:用乙二醇为造孔剂制备的TiO2膜具有更大的比表面积,从而增加了染料的吸附量,提高了光电流。另外,用TG-DTA分析了不同造孔剂在TiO2颗粒表面的热行为,推测了其造孔机理,并进一步优化出以乙二醇为造孔剂的最佳含量:乙二醇占TiO2质量的50%~60%。

Abstract:The effects of small and macro molecule additives, such as ethyl glycol (EG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), as pore-former on the performance of anode film for dye-sensitized solar cell were compared. SEM photographs show that TiO2 thin film adopting EG as pore-former appears higher specific area , result in the higher dye adsorptive capacity and photocurrent. Moreover, TG-DTG was used to analyze the thermal behavior of different pore-formers on the surface of TiO2 particles, and the mechanics was presumed. In addition, the best content of EG as pore-former was optimized as: ratio of EG to TiO2 is 50%-60%.
