摘    要:风粉在线监测系统通过对锅炉燃烧系统送入炉膛的一次风风速、风压、风粉浓度、风粉混合温度进行实时在线监到,有效地解决了青山热电厂8号炉燃烧煤种改变后,由于风粉混合物不匹配而引起的锅炉运行不稳定的问题。该系统的运行实现了炉膛四角一次风速调平,燃烧得到了优化,锅炉效率得到了提高;同时,通过该系统可对锅炉来粉是否均匀、燃烧器负荷分配、堵管、断粉及自燃等问题进行分折。此外,风粉混合物的合理配比,也有助于降低一次风管的磨损速度。

Abstract:The system of on-line monitoring for air/pulverized coal, which has achieved the on-line monitoring to the primary air velocity, air pressure, coal-powder density, air & coal-powder mixed temperature, has solved the problem that the boiler isn't able to run steadily because of the improper mixture of air and coal-powder. This system has achieved the balance of the primary air velocity of the four corner of the boiler, the optimization of the combustion, and improved the boiler efficiency. At the same time, this system can analyze that if the coal-powder of the boiler is equable, the load distribution of the combustor, the stem of the pipeline, out of coal-powder, the self-ignition and so on. Furthermore, the rational match helps to decrease the abrasion velocity of the primary air pipe.
