| 摘 要： | 我国许多城市的发展特点是城市水利的发展现状令人堪忧，本文从城市人口、水资源、防洪、水环境、管理体制等方面分析了我国城市水利面临的严峻形势，并就水资源、城市防洪标准等方面提出了相应的对策。

The paper analyze the problematic situation faced by these cities and make a suggestion on counter-measures in terms of water resources and urban flood control standard etc., in the respects of urban population, water resources, flood control, water environment as well as management system. |
